I strive to nurture a diverse workforce, working with young creatives from school level up to higher education through outreach programs. My focus is on leveraging creativity to support social mobility and positive mental health. Through my charity, Vital Hardware, I champion working-class future creatives by providing laptops and access to the creative industry.
