This work has included non-compete agreements in the IT consulting realm, employment separation agreements, and real estate sales.I had previously been in my own practice, under the same firm name, from 2009-2012. In 2012, I joined The Lawyers of Brown & Roberto, where I was Of Counsel and Chair of the VA Disability Claims practice. Previously, I was the Co-Chair of the Strategic Planning and Implementation Committee, which was responsible for general project management, interior and exterior design, fundraising, and internal and external communications, for a major renovation of the more than 50-year old architecturally significant building. As President, I managed the first year of the effort to raise $6.5 million in outright donations and multi-year pledges for the renovation.

I also argued cases before the Georgia Court of Appeals and Georgia Supreme Court. The "certificate of need" cases frequently involved multiple parties (each represented by their own law firms), as well as numerous expert witnesses and complex testimony and evidence. Virtually all of the cases involved many millions of dollars in projected costs. I was the only attorney representing the State Health Planning and Development Agency in all of these cases.
