Supervise and maintain presence at front office operation check in, check out assist concierge and food and beverage areas in absence of unit manager.Preparing roster for Reception, Night Audit and Concierge. Wage control, ordering front office supplies. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests. Handling of VIP’s Anticipate guest needs, handle guest inquiries and solve problems. Maintain a high level of visibility in all public areas and perform regular security checks. Demonstrate professional attitude and image at all times. Ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines. Familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures. Ensure effective hand over to GM or Executive Manager, complete task as directed by management.
