CurrentOSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) certified. Pre-Checks before installation and deployment team if any discrepancies to fix that. Verifying No Alarms and damages to the cables before running the cables. Checking cable losses quality check weather conditions and availability of power. Using Optimums Internal tools to plan the installation activity ahead of time and making surethe equipment is properly delivered to the site. Works with minimal supervision and has a complete understanding of installation. provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting of advanced Ethernet services. Support the NJ installation team by attending cross functional meetings, testing of newproducts, training, mentoring of lower-level technicians. perform quality checks of pending orders. Assists Field Manager in the day-to-day activities which include creating schedules. performing site quality checks, equipment moves cost estimates, maintain equipmentinventory, etc. Represent Management during their absence. Record time and materials used on daily work assignment. Return all equipment and supplies to respective locations after the job completion. Test every newly installed or relocated cable in accordance with established procedures. Identify, track, and remove abandoned cable. Administrative Module & CNI Maintenance Communication Module Maintenance.Switching Module Maintenance and Engineering. Line & Trunk Maintenance and Office Database Maintenance. Coordinating with field teams processing the data and making reports and troubleshooting. POE and Coaxial/Fiber backhaul and IP Frame Relay. System Surveillance Switch Hands on Maintenance Evaluate status of region wide issues via evaluating alarms and evaluating the health ofindividual regions. Act as liaison between Inside plant and communications desk. Create tracking tickets to follow maintenance and possible outages. Work under minimal supervision to provide updates
