-Conducting training session to customers, assisting thecustomers with the equipment that is being used, solving anyissues that they might be facing while using the equipment. -Coordinating with the Finance Department to ensure properinvoicing of the products and following up with them withregards to the collection/payment , coordinate with thewarehouse for the timely deliveries. -Recommending new service improvements to further build onthe relationship, advising helpful new productrecommendations and suggestions to customers to increaserevenue.-Fully knowledge about the Dialysis division and CRRT inmarket , prices , competitors , RO system for water treatmentfor dialysis machine-A good relations with the hospitals with Biomedical , purchasing departments and doctors , contributing to theteam effort by achieving the annual target set by themanagement and assisting the team when needed. -Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizinginformation and maintaining accurate records of all productssold. -Doing demo sessions and following up with the newcustomers after the demo sessions to negotiate contracts andpackages, following up with the Procurement & Logistics teamwith regards to sending them the products and ensuring thatit reaches them on time. -Maintain excellent customer relationship with key decisionmakers , doctors , key customer's personnel and always worktoward enhancing such relations and generating new client'sbusinesses accounts. -Perform different marketing activities that support the brand. activities that support the brand.
