o Global Manager, Strategic Technology Project (Jul 2012 – Jan 2016)Leaded the launch of new downstream petrochemical products such as Polyurethane “PU”, from Technical and Business perspectives. PU System House was built to develop internal needed experience in the PU system and later on to supply a pre-mixed, ready-to-use system to PU processors (customers). In this regards, many world-wide System House were benchmarked and assessed, needed expertise were acquired and many potential customers were interviewed. System House concept was a key success factor.o Global Manager, Technology Programming & Assessment (Apr 2010 – Jun 2012)Developed and maintained Technology Strategies’ for full range of PC SBU products’ (+25 products). Translated PC SBU technical/technology needs’ into technical support projects, new research programs and/or acquiring/licensing mature technology. Assessed, shortlisted, executed and maintained needed licensing-in technology. Established and managed technical project system and interacting mechanism between PC SBU and different R&D centers locally and abroad including NPV calculation, identify needed expertise, budget controlling, etc.

o Global Manager, Patent and Intelligence Network ( Sep. 2003- Mar. 2010)Developed and managed 4 Patent groups located in Riyadh, Houston, Maastricht and India to protect Intangible Assets including capturing and evaluation new inventions, patent filing and prosecution, conducting free to operate analyses, establishing trade-secret protection etc. Participating in Technology and Licensing evaluation, negotiation and execution. Developed and maintained overall Intellectual Property strategy. Managed patent portfolio using CPA advanced system. Designed and issued periodical patent and technology Intelligence reports and alerts for executives, business unties and researchers throughout.
