Supervision of multiple villa works in different areas in Kuwait City as follows:1- Residential villa with total built up area of 400 m2 in south-west Abdallah Almubarak area2- Residential villa with total built up area of 525m2 in Khaitan area3-Residential villa with total built up area of 320m2 in Khaitan area

•Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.•Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.•Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractors.•Completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates.•Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.

•managing parts of construction projects•overseeing building work and the quality of the materials being used at site•setting out sites and organising facilities•checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly•supervising contracted staff and subcontractor work and make relations between them to ensure the proceeding of the work•ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales•liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager•providing technical advice and solving problems on site•preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork•liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials

*Preparing maps and plans*Visiting sites to ensure proper installation of products*Responding to queries of public and other departments in a satisfactory manner and performing the daily duties*Issuance of permits and review of applications.
