• Setup a support unit to Top Fenders with focus on offshore marine services, including the PSV/OSV market, diving/under water services and vessel agency services• Setup a local office and warehouse within the port of Lome, Togo• Formulation and implementation of annual and short-term business plans• Establish market knowledge, identify business for company growth and expansion
