NGL-YANBU.-Ethan Boil off Recovery Project at NGL-YANBU.- Fire deluge system at (F & PS) Spheres at YANBU NGL.- Replacement of oily water sewer line at YANBU NGL.- Catalyst Sampler System at NATPET.-T&I Maintenance work at YANBU NGL:1-Tanks Repairs (Coating, Bottom plate patches, Hydro jetting).2-Boiler instrumentation upgrade.

My job includes many tasks such as below:¬¬- Supervision the all production process of Sulphur Recovery Unit project at Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company and supplying it to site.- Systemization the production process and planning it to finishing on the schedule time of project.-Supervision the production process for all projects (Pipeline, Steel Structure, Silos, Tanks, and Dryers …….etc) in the factory.-Calculate the materials quantity by the projects drawings.(BOQ)- Supervision the marketing process in the factory as the specification required in the projects.-Choosing the staff for the project and do tests for them as the position in the work.- Supervision on the workshop drawings which is prepared by our staff.

My job as a Projects Engineer includes many tasks such as below:-Review manufacturing and erection drawing specification.-Perform quality control as API and ASME code.-Review engineering plan and schedule.-Supervise projects operations and lead Team of workers.-Reporting the progress to project manager.-Supervision on all processes of project (fabrication, assembly, Sandblasting, Painting, Erection).-Supervision of private warehouse project and determine the quantities required materials for the project according to the specifications.-Pricing a number of small projects.-Specified the BOQ of projects.- Putting plan for the Projects and scheduled times for all process and follow up by daily production report from site and specify the required staff of projects.-supervision on all painting process, requirement and painting repairs for all our products and projects-Projects were done on APC site as mention below:-Two Storage Tanks (2X863m3) and pipe line project (Fabrication and Erection),-Installation of the new mineral separator multi-deck screener machine.-Walkways and safety works (platform and safety guard).-Inspection, repair, schedule and organizations FOR CRYSTALLIZER.- Many shutdown jobs on different sites.-Paints repair no two Storage Tanks at Jordan Bromine Company site.- Thermal Isolation for many tanks with different size.-Other projects at another site:-Steel structure for Sulphur unit (Steel Building Hangar (12mX8m)) at Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company (JPRC).- Steel Structure Building for refrigeration hangar for AL-JUNEIDI FOOD INDUSTRIAL (42mX14m) at Site in Baqa'a-Jordan.

Production engineer (department head) for cap section and milk section - Overseeing the quality of the products in assembly section and crown section.- Follow-up preventive maintenance of machines.- Follow-up production efficiencies for the machines.- Planning for each process of cap section and milk section- Study the capacity of production and how we can raise it by the following process:1. Provide all materials that in the bill of material of product.2. Handling process.3. Troubleshooting of machine and overseeing the procedure that did to fix it by using the data in catalogue of the machines.4. Train courses for staff (technicians and workers) how to deal with the machines in terms of the adjustments and how to maintain and reduce the proportion of damaged and increase production capacity and on the mechanism of preventive maintenance and matters relating to the quality of the product.-Study and application the mechanism to reduce the consumption of raw materials used in production.
