The project consists of 3055 units comprising a mix of individual villas, duplexes, townhouses, sale center, clinics, schools, and all related infrastructure works with a budget of 3.8 billion SAR and covers an area of 6 million m2.Key responsibility:● Supervise inspections and test of mechanical systems installation on site performed by contractors to ensure compliance with approved shop drawing, approved material and project specifications.● Assist in reviewing shop drawings and material submittals submitted by the contractors to ensure compliance to project specifications and standards.● Perform material inspections on site and at supplier’s factory’s (including outside city visits) to ensure compliance to project specifications and using of approved material.● Prepare surveillance reports for any deficiencies in mechanical work on site by the contractors and inform quality department to issue Non-Conformity Report (NCR) if required.● Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure quality compliance as well as resolving any issue that may appear during installations.
