Work Description : - Managing the manual tasks and reporting the daily outputs to the management. - Implementation of the Total Production Maintenance activities on the shop floor. - Leading a daily KPIs meeting to make sure that the targets are being matched. - Helping the management to implement cost reduction through analyzing the sources of waste and losses. - Analysing the machine outputs through statistical tools to improve the production efficiency.-Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs and labor required.

Work Description: -Helped the company to reduce the inventory through analyzing the finished good stock.-Helped the company to reduce the returned finished goods stock from 75 MT to 25 MT. -Helped reducing the defects on the production line through supervising the quality team on the shop floor.
