Integrant came to life to change this concept to a true partnership based on trust and care. To accomplish this, you have to instill a culture made of people that love to solve problems but also have great communication and honesty. We hire programmers who share this passion for helping others, and we empower them to always strive for the best possible outcome for our clients.We had to break many of the rules rooted in existing service companies. One is to remove all financial goals and quotes from all operation staff. We asked them to focus on service, provide the best possible service/outcome to the customer and request/demand any resource they need and leave the budget and cost to the financial team.
