My responsibilities include :- Holding Financial Situation For Restaurant.- Resolves customer issues and answers questions.- Collect payment by accepting cash, check, charge payment from guests. - Able to accurately calculate bulk room rates or corporate discounts and add up room and auxiliary charges.- Also assist customers by explaining or recommending items, answering questions and processing exchanges or refunds.
