Synthesized research output alongside lead researchers and strategized on the most effective output for each project through in-depth scriptwriting sessions.

As a Brand and Creative Consultant, I straddle the realm between design and research. Focus on helping brands develop empathy-based consumer relevant ideas that go far beyond the typical white-paper concept, and by creating new products for SEEK.Scaled our flagship ideation tool, Edison, from concept to product, and trained SEEK Consultants on how to execute it in-field. By leaning on my passion for creativity through technology, I developed cloud-based tools at SEEK that enabled client teams to more effectively ideate during consumer sessions.

Developed a structured on-boarding program for new-hire Associate Consultants. Associate Consultant on-boarding time decreased by 75%.

At Nielsen, I managed the delivery of quantitative research models for Procter and Gamble Oral Care clients in the U.S., Poland, and Canada. Successfully delivered statistical models to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing strategies for a number of brands within P&G and managed the successful delivery of ad-hoc pricing simulators. Streamlined the Nielsen data collection process alongside Nielsen Black Belts.

FreshCaprice is a leading aftermarket parts supplier for B-Body Chevrolet vehicles. Negotiated bulk sales contracts and drop-shipments with 3rd party retailers. Connected directly with consumers through targeted web-forum advertising, and automated the inventory control system to limit day-to-day responsibilities.

Obtained Green Belt and Lean Certification. Conducted economic analysis on multi-million dollar railway enhancement. Process mapped and assisted in eliminating wasteful processes at CSX.

Managed product pricing and online marketing. Developed a premium pricing strategy, focused on marketing single wheels (vs full sets) to consumers looking to replace damaged wheels. Significantly increased margins for our wheel business. Automated photo editing using batch processing in Adobe Photoshop and Vendio to manage product portfolio.
