1. Responsible for overall management and financial oversight of the center’s activities, projects and programs to ensure achieving the targeted objectives.2. Prepare the annual plan, budget, the technical content offered under each project/program/initiative/event.3. Supervise the administrative and technical execution of international conferences and events.4. Serve as primary liaison for communication with the national and international partners.5. Provide periodical technical and financial reporting to the top management and to the international collaborators/donors/ partner organizations/universities/ research institutes. 6. Represent the center in both national and international events to extend the outreach, foster the ongoing partnerships, and to facilitate establishing new ones.7. Provide collaborative support and maintain excellent cooperation with different national and international institutions, partners, and stakeholders.8. Work on creating international networks of experts in different disciplines.9. Ensure harmonious coordination among the center’s units.

Plan, lead and supervise the execution of the unit’s annual work plan.1. Organized various national and international programs and events. (Lectures, seminars, conference) .2. Successfully executed the monitoring and quality control for two European projects, in collaboration with European and Egyptian universities over the duration of three years. 3. Implemented regional and national educational programs on Responsible Science in collaboration with the US National Academy of Sciences and Egyptian Universities.4. Handled the Participants registrations, payments and the Promotion activities for BioVisionAlexandria 2014 and 2016 international conferences, attended by over 2000 participants and over 120 speakers coming from 29 countries. This number of attendees was the highest number of paid participants in the history of the conference since its launching in 2004. The Registration and Promotional activities included handling registration fees payments prior the conference, and communication with the registrants till the conference days. 5. Maintain excellent co-operation with other units within the Center.

1) Support organizing programs and various scientific events (i.e: conferences, workshops, lectures etc.) that deal with life sciences and the role of science and research, to promote science and technology through public awareness.2) Team Leader (First in charge) of the Participants and Promotion team of the BioVsionAlexandria 2012 Conference.3) First in charge for the CSSP website and all CSSP social Networks.4) First in charge/Financial officer and team member in EduCamp Project (Education for Sustainable Development beyond the Campus), main task is the Quality Control and Monitoring of the project.5) Formulating detailed subject map classification for the "Public Health" theme within the framework of the Science Supercourse Project, , building a worldwide network of scientist in the fields of Agriculture, Environment and public health

1) Acted as communication and external relations coordinator between the company and other partners/companies we cooperate with.2) Initiated and maintained business cooperation between the company and different partners/companies. 3) Handled the contact process between the company and prospective foreign partners/companies to initiate the establishment of business cooperation.4) Followed up on all the official correspondences (emails, faxes and phone calls).
