1- Lead the preparation and planning of the field coordinators and Trainers to ensure their performance according to INJAZ standards for smooth implementation and effectively achieve the target.2- Establish cooperative relationship with Universities Students Union/ activities to maintain the continuity of implementation and positive relationship with INJAZ Egypt.3- Supervise M&E documentation process to ensure quality submission on time.4- Set and Track monthly implementation plan (Kits’ request, payroll, field visits etc.,) and budget vs target to achieve the monthly implementation target effectively. 5- Report and analyze monthly and bi –annual implementation plan vs target to identify the implementation gaps and risks and enhance implementation progress.

1- Lead and drive online sales ecommerce on(Souq- Noon –Jumia ,....)2- Developing, monitoring, writing and updating product content contained on eCommerce websites/portals.3- Working with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across eCommerce platforms.4- Manage inventory on online marketplaces.5- Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, 6- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.7- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketplace metrics and sales8- Handling all related operations and procedures related to the sales process.Key Achievements:- Negotiated contracts and close agreements with eCommerce platforms ( launch : Souq, Talabat, Mrsool, 3attr, Zoythree, orderaway ).

- Responsible for providing sponsors which includes most of stock market companies, brokerage companies , catering companies and also the ones which can provide us by t-shirts, bags, printing services and academic sponsors-Responsible for preparing Brainstorming about the creative means of funding- Responsible for creating the main database of the companies which can be our sponsor which includes most of catering companies-Responsible for preparing SWOT analysis for the database to filter it. -Responsible for calling and meeting with companies.-Responsible for representative us to catering sponsors and provide us with catering during all our projects.-Participate in achieve SMS vision for currently session.
