- Collecting and maintaining data for the development of internal databases. - Assisting analysts in financial modeling of information. - Co-ordinating with other offices to ensure data is treated consistently across international borders. - Carrying out research for sector monitoring and potential new business.

- Providing statistical, quantitative and modelling support for the construction of an internal rating system. - Evaluating credit risk for several portfolios of large account clients. - Producing yearly socioeconomic and financial reviews on specific industry actors.

- Reporting on Tunisian and Libyan economies in the context of political transitions. - Monitoring policy reforms and insuring the liaison with regional governments and international institutions. - Implementing a research agenda focused on financial economics and private sector development.

- Assisting the director with government relations.- Producing position papers and argumentative material on policy issues. - Reviewing the economic literature on topics relevant to the Chamber's advocacy.
