As Executive Director of IT, I lead IT infrastructure and application development, manage hardware/software vendors, approve purchasing, and oversee multiple information and communications systems/projects. I am entrusted with spearheading projects related to selecting, acquiring, developing, and installing major information systems and building/leading a cross-functional team supporting the information needs of operating entities.Among my notable accomplishments, I:• Gained savings related to IT system acquisition, implementation, and operation by complying with corporate policies.• Designed end-to-end financing business support solutions in-house by KFIC IT system analysts and programmers; the system went through rapid development over a decade to meet KFIC’s continuous business and regulatory requirements, including the system Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office.• Completed the Archive system project using Docuware, in addition to the implementation of Workflow for Payment/Purchase Requests and archiving of customer documents integrated within the Loan Management System.• Steered projects to replace existing business applications’ asset management, comprising CRM, Portfolio, and Fund Integration of Corporate GL system with Loan Management System.• Adopted a methodology for implementing the ISMS, ISO 27001, to improve security, comply with cyber security regulations, enhance KFIC’s reputation, define risk management process, and define baseline information security management requirements of confidentiality, integrity, availability, and any other relevant security property.• Minimized required investment to meet established service levels by maintaining contact with IT suppliers and demonstrating knowledge of current technology, equipment, prices, and terms of agreements.• Decreased costs commensurate with acceptable risk levels by evaluating alternatives, conducting appropriate cost-benefit analyses, and recommending solutions.
