• Prepare time Schedules Baseline on primavera model.• Prepare Resource Plan.• Prepare Material & Man Power plans.• Prepare Engineer & Procurement plans.• Follow up the time schedules and the activity status in site and update the baseline.• Make Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports.• Follow up the man power and equipment's productivity.• Prepare reports for corrective action for project delay.• Review the structure drawing with architecture drawing.• Coordinate with the main contractor for a daily work basis to advice on the proper execution ofthe work.• Coordinate with the other disciplines inspectors and arrange for sampling and testing ofsatisfactorily completed work, and quality assurance testing of suspect materials.• Report to the client any failure of the Contractor to perform the work as per the drawings andspecifications, to provide good workmanship.• Follow up the Inspection Requests and maintain records of their status.
