As a back-office operation at One finance, I play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our consumer finance company. This involves collaborating closely with teams and stakeholders to facilitate seamless loan processing, meticulous contract management, and exceptional customer service.A significant part of my role includes verifying crucial documents such as contracts, loan applications, and customer identification records. This meticulous verification process ensures that all information is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards, thereby maintaining the integrity of our operations and fostering trust with our clients.I actively contribute to enhancing the company's workflows and systems by providing valuable feedback and suggestions derived from thorough data analysis and insightful reporting. My academic background in sociology has equipped me with robust research skills, data collection techniques, and the ability to interpret findings effectively.To further bolster my analytical capabilities, I have completed two online courses in data analysis, mastering tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI. My aspiration is to leverage these skills to generate actionable insights and innovative solutions within the financial industry.
