1. Manages Production, transport execution, and stocks• Responsible for the development and implementation of all activities related to production/area to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.• Prioritize production schedules.2. Plant Team and qualification management.• Maintain and promote a high level of safety, health, and environmental awareness in the production site amongst all employees.• Ensure all the team members are qualified according to the AL qualification matrix. 4. Ensures Quality and Safety management of the facility.• Interfacing with SHEQ manager to execute quality plan. • Operates the plant in compliance with all governmental regulations and AL specifications.• Ensures that the customer complaint process is effective.• Ensures that the facility is operated in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner, preserving the environment• Ensures safe handling, storage, and filling of cylinders.• Supervise and control production to ensure customer requirements in terms of quantity, pressure, and purity. 5. Manage Helium's business supply chain.. Ensure continuous product availability by determining the number and dates of ISO containers according to the sales forecast.. Work with the cluster in ordering/tracking the ISO containers.. Support the procurement team in the logistic process of the ISO containers and reduce its lead time.. Work with sales and CRM team in minimizing the total working time of the ISO container
