I spent about a month in the job floor dealing with the technicians, solving production issues, calculating some useful indicators (OEE) and controlling quality. I spent also another half month getting to know how they manage their supply chains, starting from the supplier choice passing by logistics till the distribution network managing.

One part was in the factories of Cement and building materials, where we saw the industrial process and lines where these materials was made and mixed, beside how the process is managed. The other part was Madinity Club, we got introduced with the Hivac systems, fortune engines, pools engines and etc.. beside some.
