With a Sachkundeprüfung certification and an ongoing CSMP qualification, I ensure compliance with the highest standards of security management and best practices.Before joining Securitas, I spent five years as a Flight Crew Manager at easyJet, where I managed the cabin crew performance, safety, and customer service. I also hold a Cabin Crew Attestation and a Mental Health First Aider certification. With a master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Mohammed V University in Rabat, and fluency in English, French, Arabic, German and Spanish, I have a strong background and interest in global security and cooperation.
