Current* Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including collecting and verifying timekeeping information, calculating and processingpayroll, and ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries. * Handle tax withholdings, deductions, and other payroll-related compliance requirements.* Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to benefits.* Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, especially those related to payroll, compensation, and benefits.* Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies.* Audit payroll and benefits records to ensure accuracy and compliance.* Utilize HRIS and payroll software for data management and reporting to support decision-making.
