Heading the Logistics functional area and managing all the subdivisions of the FA for planning and execution including Warehousing, Customs & Freight, Venue Logistics, Material planning, FF&E planning etc. Delivered a turn Key logistics solution for the event where more than 7,500 athletes competed across 10 competition venues in 24 different sports.

Headed both the Logistics and Arrivals & Departures functional areas and all their sub-divisions to deliver the relevant scopes to stage the Special Olympics IX Regional MENA games. The scope included planning and execution of airport meet & greet service, baggage operations, immigration and customs (for Arrivals Departure) functional area and managing all the subdivisions of the FA for planning and execution including Warehousing, Customs & Freight, Venue Logistics, Material planning, FF&E planning (for Logistics). The Special Olympics IX Regional MENA Games took place in March 2018 across 8 competition venues where close to 2,000 athletes competed in 16 different sports.
