- Lead new lauches ATL/BTL for méditel's business (corporate projects eg. 4G, Network campains ...)- Define, implement and monitor marketing plan- Monitor marketing and sales roadmap- Lead innovative projects accross functionnal teams end to end- Lead strategic thinking on new products or improvements to launch- Work closely with Network teams to track and ensure best QoS delivered to meditel's customers- Analyze trends of the telecommunications market and benchmark with other countries

• Build and monitor mobile money business plan• Ensure that the Mobile Money is an accurate record of all financial transaction.• Ensures all MM Wallets payments and receivables are processed in accordance with the approved process.• Ensure Proper Reconciliation and settlements with partner bank.• Ensure timely settlement with partner bank.• Monitor MM related accounts (Trust & the Pre-funded Account) and maintain accurate balances.• Maintain the Hub activities.• Formulates long and short term strategies, plans, policies and procedures for MM – Back Office.• Design accounting structure for current and every new service added to the product portfolio.• Review/Update Accounting & reconciliation processes regularly
