• Preparing and analyzing income and fund statements, balance sheets and salary schedules for misc. companies and subsidiaries. • Creating, maintaining and updating protocols for profit and loss reviews and ensuring that all controls and procedures outlined in the procedures manual and general company policies are complied with across all groups.• Reviewing of daily profit and loss.• Compiling 15k, yearly Central Reserve, organization, and analyst reports. • Making use of trend reports to examine balance sheets, income and fund statement key ratios.• Improving and analyzing work protocols.• Training and coaching new team members.• Working closely with the new business team through the on-boarding process.

•Researching, resolving, and reconciling any outstanding transactions occurring from daily income accounting and position reconciliation for cash collateral investment accounts.•Handling customer inquiries, exercising initiative in researching, analyzing and resolving complex problems, and exercising judgment regarding proper handling of customer requests.•Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to retail financial service policies, procedures, auditing, and regulatory requirements.•Supervising and coordinating the activities of the department accounting staff.•Preparing asset reconciliation daily. Properly identifying all out of balances and taking steps to resolve all breaks daily.
