LD&T (Logistics, Distribution & Transportation) Supervisor (Jun 2015 – June 2017) Responsible for a daily inbound logistics of 700MM SKUs and an outbound logistics of 150 trucks. Supervise a team headcount of 6 shift leaders, 54 storekeepers, 500 daily labor, 48 driver, operator and responsible for measuring their KPIs, motivation, performance, end of year evaluation and solving their daily related issues. Accountable for implementing productivity initiatives that generate savings related to operations of the warehouse Responsible for receiving products returns from DCs and Distributors nationwide Managing the logistics of a sales DCs and implementing the daily plan for sales from the main warehouse Responsible for executing the distribution plan for commercial stands nationwide  Improvise and develop the processes in the warehouse for higher efficiencies  Responsible for warehouse labor productivity KPIs set by the department head and managing the cost per storing finished goods cases. Setting Food Safety standards to meet FSSC requirements  Responsible for the health and safety matter of the warehouse Accountable for handling equipment’s in terms of operations, safety, maintenance, preventive maintenance,  Managing warehouse projects in terms of renovations, new projects related to operations etc.  Managing the budget of the warehouse with the responsibility of PRs for the warehouse whilst ensuring a 3% savings annually. Accountable for annual capex’s for developing the warehouse infrastructure, MHE, assets etc.

 Receiving inquiries from the clients, pricing quotations for the required items. Creating weekly sales plans to approach new clients in the oil field, ports and construction industries. Approaching clients through sales visits, offering our technical services and supply products. Sales technical support regarding any technical information in lifting sector. Conduct impressive and persuasive presentations and work of the highest quality.

 Weekly follow up meetings with our current clients ( Halliburton, Schlumberger, …, etc) to assure our crew complies the HSE procedures and policies of our client, Handling issues , analysis evaluation of our crew’s performance and sending reports to the client and our management department stating the corrective actions upon any issues found  Ensure applying QMS ( Quality Management System ) upon our crew to the highest standard.  Ensure continuous improvement and best practice. Ensure all aspects of the company’s health safety & quality procedures and policy are adhered to.
