Data Engineer at TPAY MobileI started as a Platform Support Engineer, I honed my ability to collaborate with business partners and handle complex technical issues. I would investigate root causes by analyzing APIs logs, and databases, then work with the backend team to implement solutions. In this role, I leveraged tools like Elastic and Datadog to monitor the platform, setting up custom watchers and developing insightful dashboards.I also contributed to our internal knowledge base and created a comprehensive handbook to equip my colleagues with the essential tools and resources.Eager to expand my expertise, I studied Microsoft Fabric, gaining valuable knowledge about data warehousing, Spark, data pipelines, Power Query, and Power BI. This led to my transition into the Data Engineering team, where I now apply these skills to develop impactful data solutions.Throughout my time at TPAY Mobile, I have continuously sought to grow both technically and professionally, always striving for excellence and contributing to the organization's success.
