- Heading a strategic Project to develop a $2.5bn fertilizer complex facility in Dire Dawa, Ethiopia for the production of NPS/NPK, Urea, and Ammonia in the partnership with the Government of Ethiopia . + setting up an innovated execution strategy + developing an adapted competitive design contracting strategy (FEED to EPC lump sum) + developing a Project finance Funding model + structuring the legal form of the Project Company + securing and negotiate key agreements with Stakeholders ( Shareholders, gas, off-take, Port, train..agreements) + working closely with Legal and Financial internal teams and Advisors to secure profitability and mitigate risks + leading the management of the project with contractors and PMC role. + negotiate of technical, Financial and legal terms with different contractors. - Participating in others similar strategic projects (Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, Rwanda..) by transfer of knowledge and capitalization.

- Development of the feasibility studies for OCP's Industrial development wave 2 Program (17bn$)- Assessment and evaluation of wave 1 - Design Program and Budget for wave 2 with different stakeholders - Define Philosophy of extension of Jorf Lasfar and Safi Sites. - development of Feasibility study of Laayoun new chemical site - Technology comparison and New Technologies challenging+ Sulfuric Acid ( MECS, CHEMETICS, OUTOTEC, SULFACID technologies...)+ Phosphoric Acid ( DH, HH, HDH, DHH technologies..)+ fertilizers ( Flexibility of fertilizer plants..)+ Heat recovery and desalination + Rational management of water and Energy+ waste and Environmental management - New technologies development ( testing a new solutions )

- Provide the necessary assistance to OCP vendors ( products Quality)- Management of Client Claims - Ensure coordination between sales and operational management- Heading the feasibility of the new fertilizer Formulas (NPKS)- Heading development of new Product ( Fluosillisic acid, fluospar, Alumine fluride, MOP, SOP....)

- Referent and Expert In sulfuric acid process and technologies- Management of Sulfuric Acid plant and Production- Processing, Maintenance and management of skills - Planning, design and excursion of renewing (Revamping) of the 06 plans of Production ( 16KT per day)- Project Manager for additional 2 new plants ( 10 KT per day)
