Worked on the Abu Dhabi Trip Generation and Parking Rates Manual project for the Integrated Transport Centre in the emirate. Main responsibilities for the role include: • Surveying of several land plots at a time identifying appropriate and desired Land Use Classes (LUC) for data collection.• Described the essence of the project to proper administrative bodies of the selected site through direct communication.• Established connections between the client (ITC), and the visited sites ensuring to obtain a signed No Objection Letter for the commencement of the project.• Collection of Land-Use data from site engineers or managers relevant to traffic state of the site area.• Generated detailed sketches capturing all access points (vehicular and pedestrian) and parking entrances of the visited sites to facilitate the installment of cameras for further data collection.• Collaborated with project coordinators to develop innovative solutions that address challenges, ensuring the efficient progression of the surveying process.

During my internship experience, I carried out various tasks in different departments notably being:- Operated cutting machines with supervision- Recorded measurements of architectural plans using AutoCAD- Engaged in the procurement process by visiting industrial markets to purchase metallic cylinders based on their material, length and diameter.- Inspected faulty machines with my attending supervisor and went through the basic troubleshooting process- Disassembled a faulty cutting machine’s outer casing to ease the diagnosis of its underlying problem- General machinery maintenance
