Facility management of Apache assets. Supervise and sustain all 8 office buildings and more than 100 expat homes in Maadi. This includes managing and controlling all related services from the search to termination.- In my second year as Facilities Manager, after conducting some analysis, I was able to save 1,000,000 USD annually by changing the methods we operate by and without affecting operations.- Managing the Facilities Management Team (Engineers, Generators Techs, A/C Technicians, Electricians, Plumbers, Carpenters, Buffet services, In-house restaurant, Mail, Copiers, Labor, Suppliers and Contractors – 115 Personal).- Responsible for all Special Projects (Building a new Data Center, Adding more office buildings and Housings)- Managed and supervised the construction of the infrastructure of the oilrigs and hard roads connecting locations to the black roads. (Negotiating Contracts and releasing payments to contractors and suppliers). I was able to start a new process and measure the effectiveness of the contractors then mitigating and transferring most of the risks.- Manage and supervise the construction of 207 schools all-over Egypt as a part of Apache’s social responsibility towards the Egyptian community. In charge of the tasks in the management process of the construction of the schools that includes contracts and payment releases. Altered the design of the One Classroom Schools to be more durable and to match the surrounding community of the rural parts of Egypt. With the altered design, I was able to reduce the maintenance cost per school by 1500EGP/year.- Created maintenance and sustaining plans for the One Classroom Schools project.

-Engineered the designing and detailing of offshore platforms.-Engineered complete design and detailing of concrete and steel onshore structures.-Joined Enppi among 12 other Structural Engineers and was selected with only another Engineer to get trainings and work on the offshore department after assessing our capabilities.

-Designed, Managed and Constructed several projects.
