With over 18 years of experience in business management, customer service, marketing, and leadership, I’m dedicated to creating solutions that not only solve problems but also add value, drive growth, and encourage sustainable change. I hold a Doctor of Education (EdD), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Master in Education, an Undergraduate degree in Marketing, and am currently pursuing a Master in Environment and Management at the vibrant Royal Roads University.My passion lies in empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential through coaching, training, and the integration of sustainable practices. In my podcast, Sustainable Applicable Practices, I explore actionable ways to implement environmental practices, interviewing experts to bridge knowledge and inspire change across industries.As a volunteer, I’m committed to giving back to the community. I’ve been privileged to mentor entrepreneurial women, offering guidance to help them achieve their business dreams. At Royal Roads University, I’ve served as a Campus Ambassador and volunteered for Indigenous Peoples Day, roles that allow me to connect with and support diverse communities.With a strong belief in assertive communication, creativity, and innovation, I strive to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.
