Part of the business steering unit, the business steering engineer is in charge of the following:• Design, develop, and update sales and operations plans (S&OP) for multiple products of the company on both tactical and strategic horizons.• Forecast demand for a portfolio of products based on data analysis and market dynamics understanding and study of customer behavior.• Developpement of the yearly business plan via valuation and maximization of profits while considering financial and operational capacity.• Development of Master production planning over different time horizons.• Delivering weekly and monthly sales and performance reports and monitoring sales KPI.• Steer production by value and facilitate communication between commercial and industrial teams, providing decision-making support and arbitration as needed.• Analysis and reporting of performance indicators (industrial, hedging materials, pricing, etc.) to support company management.• Designing and developing optimization models for raw material procurement steering, considering various constraints such as process constraints, consumption capabilities, price, and financial capabilities across different time horizons and monitoring its consumption.• Contributing to strategic and tactical projects to improve the company’s market position and competitiveness

Digital transformation and upgrading of the return process (returnlogistics) of defective LPG bottles of VIVO Energy LPG Filling centers.Key points of my work:• Project development inspired by DMAIC and Agile methodology• Schematisation and measuring the initial process• Identification of bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement• Redesign of a new process (new physical and information flow)• Standardization and reduction of process variability• Design and implementation of digital solutions and automatization of non-value-added activities• Elimination of waste and reduction of processing time by 50%• Analysis and prediction of customer behavior Besides my main project, I've assisted in developing and managing a number of sub-project such as : • Developpement of a working model for tracking and managing OPEX of Kenitra Filling center • Analysis and identification of root causes of defective LPG Bottles• Participating in analysis and projects related to the reduction of LPG bottle return rate
