Customer Service Agent (Back Office Queue)
Current- Addressing and resolving customer complaints primarily through chat communications, focusing on issues related to food quality, never-arrived orders, and missing or wrong items.- Engaging with customers in an empathetic manner to understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions.- Conducting thorough investigations into reported issues, including verifying order details and coordinating with relevant parties such as restaurants and delivery drivers.- Offering timely and effective resolutions to customer complaints, including refunds, replacements, discounts, or credits for future orders, while sticking to company policies and procedures.- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, resolutions provided, and any follow-up actions taken to ensure accountability and continuity in customer service.- Collaborating with other team members, including customer service agents, restaurant partners, and delivery drivers, to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.- Providing feedback and insights to management regarding recurring issues or areas for improvement to optimize service quality and customer satisfaction.
