Software Engineering Manager
CurrentAs a member of the leadership team, I manage a large engineering department by developing and maintaining a workforce with the key technical skills necessary to ensure the proper execution and delivery of the company's products and projects. I manage recruitment, development, engagement, succession planning, and retention within the department. I also support departmental activities such as technological roadmap development, continuous improvement, modernization of engineering practices, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I also oversee the adoption of next-generation engineering tools, techniques, and procedures to increase competitiveness.
