Support And Performance Engineer
Current- Produce and validate operating reports and KPIs with the regions, develop forecasts for the service department to guide strategic planning and resource allocation.- Inform and alert regions in case of deviation from our contractual commitments (Services and performance).- Ensure standardization of best practices with field teams through CMMS and propose technical improvement areas.- Organize, oversee and validate the implementation of processes to achieve service department objectives and customer requirements.- Participate in addressing technical issues in collaboration with suppliers, customer and manufacturers.- Participate in creating and developing an internal technical database and implementing a continuous improvement system / Technical risk management / Knowledge management.- Ensure documentation monitoring by synthesizing, distributing and sharing relevant points.- Propose and collaborate on improvement projects for the service department or across departments.- Provide regions with mastery of contractual services.- Analyze contract profitability at a macro level and propose action plans.- Provide support to regions and management during critical cases (claims, disputes, etc.), develop calculations and simulations based on contracts when necessary.- Ensure follow-up of concessions and warranties cases with the INNIO manufacturer.- Lead weekly and monthly meetings with supervisors and the service director to discuss power plant issues and ensure optimal performance.- Utilize Power BI to create and manage dashboards for various service department dashbords, including financial performance and availability.- Compile and present weekly and monthly performance reports to the management team.
