Manage and launch multiple projects like 2GO taxi app and Stbtr academy

Receive bookings through phone and email. Handle client complaints andcommunicate with our office in California. Dispatch and distribute thebusiness across available drivers and affiliates. Monitor drivers’ locations andtrips progress. And create periodic and semi-monthly reports and send themto the accounting department.

I worked as a customer care specialist (In English) and my roles were a following:- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints- Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support, and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

In this 3 months internship/course I would go 3 days a week to servo technology HQ in Nasr City and visit their lab. I was taught soldering, basic electrical components (and their importance ) ,and diagnosing an electric circuit by an multimeter and the steps required to repair it
