If a customer has nottested / traffic is minimal, follow up. If traffic has decreased, follow up.  Monitor daily MENA swap run rate, request routing to be adjusted accordingly Compile weekly MENA push list for distribution to the global sales team and destinationmanagement team – destination, vendor, available capacity, expected quality benchmarks  Distribute daily via email MENA demand destinations to the global sales team– destination,target rate, available volumes  Distribute daily/weekly target list for MENA suppliers  Work closely with the Routing/Pricing team ensuring they know:o the latest MENA destination interconnect rateo the latest MENA grey price pointso trusted suppliers for MENA destinations,o ASR/ACD benchmarks for MENA destinations.  Make suggestions for MENA MINS Make suggestions for MENA mass mailer decrease / increases weekly Make suggestions for MENA destination code changes monthly Attend meetings as requested / requiredo Follow up with customer accounts on: AR and contract issues, as requested.
