• Founded and currently managing the Beirut Jazz Society, an initiative dedicated to supporting local jazz musicians, cultivating and promoting jazz music culture in Lebanon.• Organizing and overseeing the annual "Beirut International Jazz Week". A yearly celebration of the "Jazz International Day", that started in 2022.

• Developing strategies to generate market demand for Lubrizol's CPVC market division and its partners in the MENA region by conducting market studies and analyzing current trends in each targeted market.• Assisting all partners in identifying market potential, helping them develop market strategies, and closely monitoring the development and execution of these strategies.• Identifying new markets for Lubrizol's FBC brands by investigating potential partners, assessing their qualifications, and assisting them in implementing the required marketing strategy.• Managing the team responsible for specifying Lubrizol's FlowGuard, Blazemaster, and Corzan CPVC pipes in major projects in the MENA region.• Providing assistance to all partners with technical issues related to CPVC Plumbing systems.

• Co-founded and lead an NGO with music emphasis that; provides a place for musicians facilitating learning, convergence, and experience exchange; contributes to music skills development; works on disseminating musical culture in the community; and induces young people to participate in music related humanitarian projects. • Successfully created a self-sustained project for musicians and music enthusiasts, including a coffee shop, a library, music workshops (mainly for learning), and a rehearsal studio. • Handled all the operations and financials activities, directing staff, managing financials and budgets, and focusing on developing programs and projects that helps in achieving the NGO mission and objectives.• Created and Lead “Beirut Music Support Initiative” in partnership with WarChild Holland, an initiative that helped more than 230 Musicians and Sound engineers in Beirut over a year, and helped in saving the music sector in one of the worst crises that hit Lebanon.• Lead Onomatopoeia's team in “Nut out of the shell” psychosocial support project by UNICEF and WarChild Holland. The team handled all the music therapy sessions online and on field, reaching more than 2,500 kid in 3 major areas in Beirut.

• Managed the solar heating project in coordination with Bank AUDI; was the company’s representative and responsible for all the operations related to this project, which include around 500 people from different background; 85 branches for AUDI bank with around 200 sales people, 300 technicians working all over Lebanon. • As business development manager, my main responsibilities were related to strategic development; where I used to assess internal and external variables, recommend development projects, and supervise the implementation plan where applicable.

• Established the dairy factory business divisions for Green Wedge, by working closely on designing the factory, reviewing the budget, managing the execution, managing all financials, developing all the processes, recruiting all the staff, and managing all the operations including production, purchasing, procurement, finance, sales, marketing, human resources management, and quality control… • Successfully delivered the project on time with around 30% saving from the original budget.• Coached, mentored and developed a teams of around 30 people • Took sales from zero to over $1.8 million• Was the Quality management representative, and ensured that the factory was awarded with both ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP in 2006.
