Global Credit Controller
Current• Manage relationships with global clients monthly, ensuring high standards of customer service• Successfully collected over £30m within the first year of employment• Identify and address credit control concerns, liaising with directors and financial stakeholders• Implement proactive debt management strategies, including regular follow-ups and future payment planning• Collaborate with legal teams and courts for debt collection efforts, demonstrating negotiation and conflict resolution skills• Fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment by mentoring and supporting a junior assistant, providing training and guidance as needed• Facilitate weekly cashflow and Q&A presentations with the leadership team, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
