MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Manage the warehouse operations of finished goods to ensure that the warehousing inventory control and timely distribution of goods is met as per needs of the Sales department. Responsible for the company logistics coordination across the Kuwait.  Manage inventory of raw material/ finished goods and inventory control: (Organize & supervise distribution flow of incoming & outgoing goods, maintain safety stock and define Inventory Levels viz., minimum, maximum, re-order level, re-order quantity, follow up of FIFO method, closely monitor & determine non-confirmative goods, near future expiry, claims, etc.) Planning & execution of yearly business plan/ Create the annual budget of the department and Insures enough resources Conducting regularly physical inventories and verification against ERP system reports to ensure matching ability & prevent variances in stock People Management : Managing workforce for daily activities, Direct and control the staff, determining workload and delegating assignments, organizing, supervising, monitoring, follow-up, staff training and development, evaluating performance and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions to ensure that they are carry out their responsibilities to the highest standards. Managing storage space and changing products location according to volume/ Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and monitor quality service. Generation of daily, weekly, monthly Inventory reports  Generation and analyzes sales spoilage report to assist in take corrective actions  Interaction with Sales, Production, Purchase etc departments for all requirements Conducting Internal Audit every 4 months to maintain Quality procedures Plan machine hours for shrink wrapping machine (promo packs) Evaluating department performances on set KPI on monthly basis Audit transfer and inventory documents/ Maintain qua
