Recommend solutions without compromising quality or service while optimizing cost. Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility. Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting. Good knowledge of fabrics, and the ability to choose the best match between garment design and fabric. Expert in all kind of color preparation/matching with pantone water-based, plastisol, silicon-based. Have a wide experience in special kind of screen printing like foil, glitter, flock, discharge, high density, burn-out, cracking and glossy etc. Have a wide experience on auto press (octopus) machines M&R, TAS, MHM, M&M Express, Sroque, Schenk and Anatol etc. Handling production in high saturated environment, working under pressure and maintaining floor performance, productivity and OEE of the lines. Continuous improvement team member for printing dept. knowledge of tools like Kaizen, 6S, TPM and TIMWOOD, training of lean manufacturing, six sigma Is resilient, optimistic and open to change. Focused and target driven with a positive, can-do attitude Extensive experience in Pakistan, Egypt and Jordan.
