My responsibilities include but not limited to;• Identify niche talent utilizing Job boards like Monster, Career Builder, Dice & internal resume databases, etc.• Sourcing candidates for hard to fill positions from social networking sites like LinkedIn, Hire EZ.• Ensure regular communication with client teams to track submitted candidate progress in the process.• Take ownership of project data, ensuring timeliness, integrity, compliance and accuracy at all times.• Take ownership of sourcing life-cycle, ensuring process adherence to company SLAs as appropriate, and taking remedial actions were necessary to drive to success.• High volume recruiting process on W2.• Working with top American direct clients in many domains (IT, TELECOM, FINANCE, HOTEL, ETC).• Handle Internal ATS and screen the candidates who applied for the published jobs.• Fulfilling the company's needs and reaching my individual target as per the company annexures.

Responsibilities:• Joined in Acess Global Services as a fresher and undergone recruitment lifecycle training for a month• My major responsibilities are to source best profile for the requirements which I will be getting from my manager.• Searching the matching profiles from the job portals depending upon the requirement.• Hands on experience in hiring U.S Citizens, Green card holders, H4-EAD,TN Visa's professionals• Recruited IT Consultants on W2,1099 hourly contracts to work at various client sites throughout the United States.• Finding out the availability of the consultant and then conducting the Screening and Pre-Interview for the consultant.• Negotiating the rates with the Consultants and employer.• Forwarding the best suitable profile to the Account Manager.• While screening the suitable candidates for the job requirements, I have used various IT job portals like Monster, Career builder, hot jobs, etc.• Direct phone sourcing, vendor network, referrals and expanded Internet sourcing.• Keeping in constant touch with the consultants and giving timely feedback to them, helped me a lot in timely delivery of the consultants for the clients’ needs.
