Your YOUTOPIA trainers are all individually skilled in a variety of training disciplines including; functional training (using your own body weight as resistance), weight bearing resistance training (to build muscle and sculpt your body), high impact and plyometric training (to burn calories and lose fat). We also incorporate, boxing, war machine (TRX), kettle bell, pilates and balance training into our sessions. If you're training for a specific event (like a skiiing trip, fun run or marathon) we can offer event specific training as well. No matter what your gym experience, we cater your sessions to your needs and preferences for maximum results.
