After being a member of internal affair division for 1 year, I was selected by the current chairman to become the head of internal department in HMPG. I supervised 2 divisions, which are, Internal affairs and Academic and Welfare, with a total of 28 members and overall 14 programs. My key responsibility is to :- Establish a timeline and budget for the programs within the department for a whole year- Coordinate and deliver directions and informations from the current chairman- Assisting the division heads in the department in general- Evaluate and supervise the divisions within the departmentAs a result, we had successfully execute all of the programs and received 92% assessment score

Internal affair division’s function is to facilitate the interest of HMPG’s member and to ensure the conduciveness within HMPG. I had actively participated by taking roles of the main committee in all of the programs with different job function. I also led a team to conduct a gathering night as one of the program in the division.

Matriculation for Cadres of Food Engineering (MACAROON) is an annual program exclusively for food engineering new student. Macaroon is an orientation program in the course of 3 months. This program aims to introduce the new student to HMPG and food engineering’s environment and academic. As a division, we designed the training method and successfully inaugurate 39 new member with the requirements of minimal 80% score in their assessments.

Unilever Leadership Internship Program (ULIP) is a two months internship program from Unilever that gave the opportunity to work on a specific project. I was placed in R&D division of Beauty Personal Care Division (Deodorant). I was assigned to analyze various types of defects and plausible reasons for root cause in a new packaging machine. Moreover, I produced a thorough report about competitors specifically deodorants for Indonesian women.

Measurement and analytic method course taught the basic technique needed to do measurements in laboratory experiments. There are a total of 5 modules in this course. As a coordinator, I managed 5 other assistants to conduct 12 lab works for 39 participants. Each assistant will handle 1 module, so we can focus on monitoring and helping out the participants if necessary. We also conducted tutor session before test and evaluated the participant’s weekly lab and tests.

My key responsibility is to :- Coordinate and deliver directions and informations from the current chairman- Coordinate with other Department Heads- Assisting the division heads in the department in general- Supervise and coordinate the divisions within the departmentAs a result, we had successfully execute all of the programs and received the highest assesment score out of all departments.

Extracampus division’s function is to establish relationships between UBT ITB and entities that are outside of ITB campus. As a member of this division.
