Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet objectives, and in accordance with company policies and standards. - Actively provide consultation for hiring managers about recruitment strategy. - Be the owner of full cycle of recruiting, job opening application, appropriate channel selection, interview with hiring managers in an effective way to make hiring decision, offering. - Take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers about the project recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status. - Contact and maintain relationships with qualified candidates to establish andmaintain talent pool for key talent.- Actively support HR other recruiting programs or projects including campus activities, internship program.

- Meet or con-call with client’s staffing HR, HR Business Partner, line manager to understand clients' recruiting requirements accurately; - Do marketing analysis and work out searching plans; - Search potential candidates promptly by the means of headhunting; - Interview and identify qualified candidates; - Recommend candidates and follow up the whole process; - Give both clients and candidates advice according to the job market; - Customer Relationship Maintenance & New Business Development - Maintain close relationship with existing client, dig out new emerging requirements; - Ensure new business maintenance by providing high-quality service. - Project & Team Management, Work out searching strategy, assign tasks and oversee recruiting effort and result. Coach team members, assist in achieving target.
