Nuro Mobile Secure Messaging is an enterprise grade secure messaging platform which combines encryption, transparency and compliance into one secure messaging platform.From idea to product. As the company first employee, my job was to manage the company product entire life cycle from UI & Technical specification to delivery, for both mobile and web apps.As part of the job I am responsible for the product scope, marketing research, usability testing and more:• Drive the vision for product and develop and manage multi-year product road map.• Maintain deep understanding of competitive offerings and market requirements• Work closely with the development team • Planning the mobile app security architecture (both server and mobile) for the messaging and VoIP features • Create release documents for the product different versions • Manage the products QA

After the acquisition, Weblogic joined NGSoft and created a new Front-End product division which was responsible for creating mobile/Web products.As part of my job I was responsible for the division P&L, marketing, managing 15 employees and was also responsible for: • Grow the division client base • Leading the specification and planing for cyber security projects • UI and technical specification for various web & mobile products • Client development consultant • Managing the development team • In charge of product delivery

I founded Weblogic Ltd in 2010 with the goal to create a client development (UI/UX/HTML/JS) focused company.Weblogic Ltd was one of the top client side development companies in Israel, creating innovative web and mobile solutions for startups and enterprises (Matrix, Wix, Perfecto mobile, Yes, AVG and more). The company had 15 full time employees (project managers, designers and front & server side developers) and was acquired on 2013 by NGSoft Ltd.

As the company first front end dedicated developer my job was to develop the company different web & mobile projects and take the company product to the next level.As part of the job I worked with the company different departments (marketing, development, QA) and also with the company different contractors (UI & Design companies)

I was responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
