Provide functional and technical support for systems that manage safe home, outreach, homelessness and social housing programs in BC. In collaboration with business SMEs I elicit, develop, clarify and document business requirements. I then liaise with the dev team to implement the requirements. The rest of my day is spent trouble shooting issues as second tier production support, testing, responding to questions from users and the coordinating hot fixes and releases.

Write, prioritize and schedule user stories. As a stakeholder and the customer's representative for several components of an EHR system in the Public Health domain, I am responsible for the business value delivered.

Led up to 15 developers in the design and implementation of 2 sub-systems in a very large SOA transformation project.

Tester - University Registration and Student Services Web ApplicationWrote and executed test cases for a three-tiered internet application. Analyzed data requirements for testing and created/maintained test data in PeopleSoft / Oracle database. Liaised with client to flush out and refine functional requirements. Researched functionality of PeopleSoft Student Administration and Student Financial applications to support development effort. Fixed software defects in presentation layers (HTML & XML).
