Civil Pipeline Engineer PCT DepartmentInterface with other parties (Total E&P Indonesie, Chevron, PT. Pertamina Gas, PT. Badak LNG) to maintain right of way (ROW) of pipeline Plan, monitor and support all operations for implementing road and right of way maintenance.Design, calculation, review and support operations section for civil works, including structural projects, bridge building, etc.. Assist in the preparation and finalization of civil works for pipeline and trunkline contracts.Conduct pipeline and trunkline landslide assessment including landslide analysis, 3 yearly Landslide risk assessment by 3rd parties, pipe stress analysis landslide monitoring (walkthrough inspection, monument monitoring and inclinometer-piezometer monitoring) and landslide mitigation program ( design and supervision)Conduct pipeline and trunkline river crossing assessment including underwater inspection program, river crossing risk assessment by 3rd parties, pipe free span analysis, pipe stress analysis, pipe expose mitigation program, free span mitigation program, pipe protection and navigation facility installation program and underwater pipe repair program. Road crossing assessment for pipeline and trunkline including review design for crossing road, bridge, & conveyor design (for other third parties request) based on VICO’s crossing regulation and prepare pipe protection recommendation (for VICO’s crossing activity like drilling activity and others)Site Lifting Competent Person (conducting lifting planning, supervising and lifting coordination) for PCT Lifting activity and other department needed Conduct HSE Training on Civil Works for PCT Field Crew

Prepare Budget Proposal and Control budget for Site Rehabilitation Work Program. Preparing Estimate and SOW for Site Rehab Landslide Mitigation Contract. Design, Planning, Coordinating, Supervise and Budget Control (for Running Contract and Approved Budget) for Site Rehabilitation Woks on VICO Indonesia operation Area. Provide Civil advise for other department needed. Provide Soil investigation data and analysis from CPT test.
